Lolabug

Sweet, funny Lolabug.  Lola was her name, lookin’ like a bunny was her game.  Lola arrived on December 1st, 2011.  We had her one quick and busy month, before she started her new year the best way we could have ever imagined… with her forever-home!  She was adopted on January 1st, 2012.  For exactly one month she graced us with her adorable self.  It was just enough time for us to fall in love, but survive the break up… as best we could.

Knox and Lola got along perfectly.  They played well, but not too much.  They perfected snuggling.

And they posed exceptionally well together.

Another special thing about Lola?  She got to spend Christmas with us!  Well not Christmas day (we traveled out of town), but the whole holiday season.  She was the hostess with the mostest at our Annual Christmas Party, and got to play with the squeaky dragon Christmas present.It was a very fun month to have her, and I hope she enjoyed her time here (Knox says she did).

Now she’s prancing her bunny-self all over her nice country property, with her itty bitty older brother, Beans (an elderly rat terrier) and getting along wonderfully.

We miss her snuggles but know she’s the happiest little pitbull-bunny mix on her great big property, with her itty bitty brother, and her two empty-nester parents.  Now THAT is something to celebrate this year.  Here’s to a great start in 2012 with an adoption on day one!  We love you, Lolabug!
